My laptop will not turn off!!!
I have Windows 7 64x on laptap
When the window comes up this error shows:
turegopt program not found-skipping autocheck
Do not turn off the system associated with this message?

That problem is due to your tune up utilities, which is really not needed. Make a system restore point, uninstall boot and see what happens.

Make a new system restore point, so that we can go back in case there are problems
Uninstall tune up utilities
Then boot the computer and see how it works now.
