My hp pavilion dv4 how can I bypass Windows startup login password screen
Or how can I reset administrator. Password w/o disk and how can I use command prompts when can't get pass login screen

Well I did need to reset password but the laptop was given to me I've tried everything to try to gain access. To the command prompt but nothing works. But now I have another issue I have no power to the unit somehow the come batt came loose and I am not getting anything no power at all the plug has power but I just recently searched internet and seen something bout maybe the power jack went out but still not sure
