Student Win7 pro 64 DLM issue

I am currently running Windows Vista 64 ultimate. I purchased Windows 7 pro 64 from digital river. After I paid they gave me a link to DLMWin7Pro64CAen.exe

When I run it, this appears:

I've tried it on two seperate systems with the same error
i5 system w/ Vista ultimate 64
toshiba TK-57 laptop w/ vista home premium

W7x64 Pro, SuSe 12.1/** W7 x64 Pro, XP MCE

I know nothing about that program, but when I just Googled it, it wasn't very encouraging, because every other return listed, besides your own was foreign. Looked like a bunch of some kind of oriental language(s). I would forget about it and use some other DLM.

They've since released an iso which you can more easily burn and boot from.

I'd frankly just download the correct version of that instead, burn it to disc, and go from there:

Microsoft responds to Windows 7 student upgrade SNAFU with direct ISO download

Hi guys, I have the option of going for the Windows 7 student deal and have a few questions that I want to clarify before I go for it: - Is it the retail upgrade version, not the OEM upgrade? So I'll be able to use this key on a brand new box later on down the road? - Is a clean install of...
