NTFS permissions inherited

Hi,
if i disable inherit permission and i create a subfolder what permission does the new folder get?

Should be just the account that created the folder.

If a folder does not say that it's child items should inherit any permissions of the folder and you go ahead and create a new item in this folder, the permissions of this new item will be as follows:

Yourself (your user account) granted Full control (to that item only),
SYSTEM granted Full control (to that item only),
and
Your current login session (SID like S-1-5-5-*) granted Read & execute access (to that item only)
