windows 7 freezing

    windows 7 freezing


    I have a friend that has a dual core acer desktop running 3 gigs of ram and 64 bit Windows 7 home premium and she telling that it freezes sometimes it will automatically restart or just freeze any suggestions I tried googling but haven't found the answer to the problem

    Hello gordie mate try running these on the offending machine for starters in safe mode (power off then power on while tapping F8)
