Windows 7 every program runs but exits?

Hi, I'm having a problem with windows 7 Prof 64bit Toshiba Satellite L755 the last couple days, every program opens ok but when ever you click a button it just closes with out telling you, this is happening to every software that I use even trying to search the internet when you click that button it closes, Please help me I don't know what to do.

Then something autorunning is causing the problem. You may be able to revert to a Restore Point created before this problem arose (Press F8 before Windows boots).

If not, you can go to Start/Run, type in msconfig. Go to the Startup tab and see what's autorunning. If in doubt you can disable 50% of them at a time until you pinpoint the problem. Also go to the Services tab, hide MS services, and do the same. Finally, go to CP / Admin Tasks / Task Scheduler and see what's being autorun from there. Disable for now anything that's suspicious.
