The icons in the safe mode all disappeared and the computer crashed in safe mode. No Blue Screen though.

Why is spldr.sys stopped?
You have so many drivers....STOPPED!
AVG Disk Driver...AVGIDDriver...Serial port...etc
Why not just stop them all....eh.
Clean install!
EDIT: Filesystem udfs.sys is STOPPED?
Tried SFC/ scannow ?
EDIT: Again another filesystem is Stopped...Those cause BSOD....WIMMount I think that is for Win 8?
However it causes BSOD and it is either corrupted by a damaged hard disk or corrupted memory...
So many issues...this will take some time...Seraching for more info about the stopped system and file system drivers The first page shows ways to fix the BSOD caused by it...Your computer is not shit...It just needs to go throw itself out of the hospital's window.

Supporticus, Are you saying that my drivers stopped working or that I shouldn't have so many?

Both!
But, Drivers are a dangerous part needed by the system and programs...You can't just go and delete and stop .sys files...something is really wrong!
I once tried deleting a really simple printer drive manually...that turned to hell with errors!

The spldr.sys process is part of Microsoft Windows and should not be deleted or prevented from loading each time Windows loads. Doing so could cause errors or Windows to stop working. It means "Security Process Loader"
I don't think it runs in safe mode, right?.
Start menu ----> type cmd.exe ----> right click and run as administrator --> type sfc.exe /scannow ->Wait...
Run another cmd window as administrator and type
Code:
findstr /c:[SR] %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
Get the log and attach it here.
