    Why is spldr.sys stopped?
    You have so many drivers....STOPPED!
    AVG Disk Driver...AVGIDDriver...Serial port...etc
Why not just stop them all....eh.
    Clean install!
    EDIT: Filesystem udfs.sys is STOPPED?
    Tried SFC/ scannow ?
EDIT: Again another filesystem is Stopped...Those cause BSOD....WIMMount I think that is for Win 8?
However it causes BSOD and it is either corrupted by a damaged hard disk or corrupted memory...
So many issues...this will take some time...Seraching for more info about the stopped system and file system drivers The first page shows ways to fix the BSOD caused by it...You computer is not shit...It just needs to go throw itself out of the hospital's window.
    Safe Mode!

    What the -_-
No use...I want the log running normal mode!
    Still...get the sfc log.
Hopefully you might get things right after clean re-install of hardware and OS.

Okay. I'll try to get you both reports in normal mode but if I can't due to crashes and blue screens I may only be able to get them in safe mode with networking.

Can you send me the steps to do the clean reinstall so I can do it before my new equipment arrives. The new processor won't get here till next Friday according to Amazon.

That way we can get at least some of these issues fixed before I put in the new compoments.

I had 4 ram sticks in and took out two and the clean install went swimmingly. Now I will do the sfc scannow.

You don't need to run sfc/scanned after a clean install. Continue updating Windows 7, then see if you can boot with all the RAM installed.
