Need Some Serious Help

Good day, everyone!

I don't exactly know what is the problem of my computer right now so I hope you guys can help me.

1. Files in the desktop are gone. Only 2 empty folder remains including Computer and Recycle Bin and the user folder
2. The icons in my taskbar become unknown files and something pops up saying "Can't open this item" "It might have been moved, renamed or deleted. Do you want to remove this item?
3. Drive G: files are working but some are unknown files (e.g. VLC file becomes .bin file, Microsoft Office Files becomes unknown and it says that my Microsoft Office Plus cannot be located)

4. I scanned my computer thrice already using ESET, Avast and Malwarebytes. Viruses are deleted already.
Still my files are missing.

Anyone can help me? thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to the seven forum. Can you open in safe mode if so does it do it there also.

1. Are you sure there are no virus's or Trojans left inside your system.

2. When did this problem start and what were you doing a the time if you remember.

To make sure download the free version of this and run a full scan, don't do anything until the scan is complete.
