3 problems in one

I got a laptop with the following :

Intel T2300 1.66 GHz
1 GB RAM
Ati Mobilty Radeon X1600 512 MB

Somehow on Windows 7 I can't enable Aero effects (isn't my configuration enough?) because:
[ERROR]
The current video card may support Aero if the video card driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the video card vendor for the latest WDDM-compliant driver for the video card.
[ERROR/]
(yes, i know there is no such wrap)
But I can't find such thing

Nor pass the Windows Experience Rating thing .Strangely it shows that the assessing is completed and then i get an error:

Also I can't enable none of the screensavers because i don't have Direct3D
though i installed DirectX 9 November 2008. Also i can't play games due to this.
Please HELP!!!!

Sounds like all one problem. Video driver. I'm guessing all this works in XP but not in 7. You need to find a Vista driver for your graphics and install that in compatibility mode in 7. Orr, have you tried windows update to see if they have an updated driver for your card? If you can't find a vista driver, you could try the XP driver. Worked for my printer.
