Starting Windows freeze

Hey guys im new to this forum and the reason I even signed up is because my HP laptop CANNOT get past the starting windows screen the past few days at all. I tried most of the solutions online but most did not help so I got impatient and just factory reset the whole computer. I however did backup all important files so it is not that bad. After factory restting, I realised the problem was the display adapters of the laptop which are the Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics and Radeon (TM) HD 6490M. When I disable them, I can get past the starting windows screen but when they are enabled I cannot get past the screen at all. However I found out that the computer is supposed to show a blank screen when display adapters are disabled so I am totally lost now. I can use the laptop but the resolutions are messed up and everything looks weird probably because of the display adapters being disabled. I am a total noob at this CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO FIX THIS??

My laptop details are as of below :
Manufacturer : Hewlett-Packard
Model : HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @2.20GHz 2.20GHZ

The video will always display using a stock Standard VGA driver in the installer and Win7.

You should be supplying the driver provided by Windows Update after Enabling hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6) Set to Automatic, then Check for Updates and install all Important and Optional which may include patches that make the display work correctly! If still no stable display then import the driver from the HP Support Downloads webpage for your exact model.

Did your model offer a Minimal Recovery that is close to a Clean Reinstall Windows 7?
If not I would start over and follow the steps in that tutorial to get a vastly better install without the crippling factory bloatware. Otherwise be sure to Clean Up Factory Bloatware

Somehow I cannot get to step 3. of the Windows Update. It only asks me "Do you want Windows to download driver software and realistic icons for your devices" with 2 choices which is "Yes, do this automatically(recommended)" and "No, let me choose what to do". Whichever I choose and click save changes, nothing happens.

Try reboot.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command

Try again with Recovery this time doing a Minimal install or do the superior Clean Reinstall Windows 7

I did the SFC /SCANNOW command. I got Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I cannot clean reinstall windows 7 however since I do not have the ISO.

Can you trigger HP System Recovery again and this time look for Minimal Recovery choice?

If not it discusses how to find and prepare safe reinstallation media in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7 with steps will also achieve a perfect install, which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given.

All games freeze soon after starting.
I recently reinstalled Windows 7 Proffecional 64bit on my computer. All these problems got resolved with a reinstall...
