    Unable to hide the taskbar

I'm attempting to hide a taskbar on a kiosk.

There are several issues and possible solutions I have attempted, with no luck. So, I would like to address here to see maybe if I'm missing a step or another option.

First off, I'm unable to install any 3rd party software/freeware (option is not available)

    1. Went to Control Panel - Taskbar and Start Menu Properties - the only tab available to me is the "Start Menu tab". No way to Auto hide...
    2. Found this site - Auto Hide Taskbar in Windows 8 / 7 which led me to the registry editor, (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects2)but after troubleshooting and understanding the key value under settings (once I went to a working taskbar to test), I still am unable to remove or hide the taskbar. No change

I changed my direction to see if I could find a way to enable the right click on the task bar -
    1. Attempted to see if I could right click the taskbar and I was unsuccessful. I did go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/26315 and it leads me back to the Taskbar and Start menu, but The Advance Tab is missing, so I'm unable to complete.
    2. Found a website that seemed very promising https://thecustomizewindows.com/2011...-in-windows-7/ so I followed the instructions and naturally my kiosk is stubborn and I was unsuccessful. I did notice though that when I performed a reboot that my changes reverted.

Any ideas will be appreciated! Thanks

    Good Morning,
It is a work Kiosk hence why I'm unable to add any 3rd party solutions.

    Hi,
Yep I'm pretty sure you'll need to ask the companies IT support personnel
We can't say how to hack a company system,
    I wouldn't know anyway :)
    Cheers.
