Windows error

Component 'mem32x30.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or corrupt.
I got called to work today for this issue. Has anybody seen this. Worked fine Friday and today it started. Mapped drives work. Office and Internet explorer will not load. I tried restore to a previous point and it failed. No it doesn't want to boot at all. OS is Windows 7 professional.
Help please.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

If you Google that error too it comes up wit a heap of fixit soft wares though I am personally not a fan of a lot of stuff like that it might give you some ideas https://www.google.com.au/?gws_rd=ssl#q=mem32x30.ocx
