Windows 7: Desktop Icons Keep Shuffling

Hey Guys,

Quick question, every time I restart my computer my icons seem to shuffle around. I like having them on different sides of the screen, but they all seem to line up on the left side of my desktop every time I restart.



Any ideas?

Rt. click desktop view make sure auto arrange is unchecked.

I have none of the boxes checked and the icons stay put.
