The requirement for Solidworks2014 SP3 is you need SP1 for your Windows 7 Ultimate operating system; You do not show SP1 as installed in your system specs.

Do you have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed or not?

Use this: System Information check the second listing down named "Version" it will tell you there, if you don't see it like in mine, you don't have it and need to install it.

I wonder if that ExttraSaviungSS in programs and features is the Extra Savings malware.
    Also couple lines below: Funi2SSavoe - Fun2Save ?

Both have "" as Publisher and installed on 4/26/2015

Another one PHPNotepad (Malware scan of php notepad.exe 144f6b95e8e1a5634f26b7255ab65bff8e5f93bd - herdProtect) 23/68

Mind downloading and running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free? https://www.malwarebytes.org/products/

It could either be that GokAy or he doesn't have the .NET features turned on or that flash drive he has is bad, maybe install/run as administrator under the context menu?

GokAy, would you mind running with Mark for awhile? I'm in the middle of our Memorial Holiday services here in the States, and I need some time to help with that. I'll check back in a few hours; Thank you.
