Windows 7 keeps restarting and never stops until force shut down

So I was looking up stuff when all of a sudden my computer was freezing to death so I turned it off and I did a startup repair several times and they didn't work so I borrowed a CD repair disk from a friend, my computer was running for a few days from the startup repair but when I woke up from my nap on that day where startup repair was still running, that's when it keeps restarting itself and never stops until I force shut down, no blue screen of death or anything, it just says Acer as usual but it restarts itself after a couple of seconds, please help!

Re install windows

Or if you have a Recovery Partition, use that to reset windows.

Any data or programs you have installed since you bought the pc will be gone.

You can run through Greg`s tutorial first

But I don't want to reinstall Windows unless I have my important files back, any suggestions?

From what you described it restarts even before starting to load Windows, or do you see some text saying it started to load?

You can remove the harddisk and take it to a friend or attach to your desktop (if there is one).
Another option would be boot from a Linux Live CD/DVD and copy to external drive.

Do you make a Linux CD/DVD or do you have to buy one?

You can download from the Internet for free, and burn to CD/DVD.

You can try these as an example:
SystemRescueCd download | SourceForge.net
KNOPPIX Linux Live CD
So cool ice cubes are jealous » PCLinuxOS

It won't change anything, make sure you DO NOT INSTALL to harddisk though It will run from the RAM.
