Windows 7 can't boot even in safe mode.

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening.

I have a problem with my computer.

My problem is like this...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sro-La71mXM
but after the Windows is loading.. it's stopped and it directs me to the Startup Repair.

"It wouldn't repair my computer automatically."

I tried everything in the Startup Repair..
I also tried repairing my computer...

1. System Restore - "No restore points have been created on your computer's system drive.
2. System Image Recovery - "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer."
3. I really don't know what Windows Memory Diagnostic do so..
4. I tried following the tutorial of using Command Prompt with endless startup repair.. Making a mybackup. I forgot the name of the tutorial.

I can't even go to Safe Mode or going to the Last Known Good Configuration..

The PC is only sent to me by my uncle in America. It's a Lenovo PC.. and sadly.. I am not sure if the disk to Windows 7 is here... since the PC is sent here in the Philippines with Windows 7 already.. (Sorry for my grammar)

Please help me. Thank you very much.

Hey, did you run Startup Repair three times with a reboot in between each? Or is it not working at all?

Have you tried startup repair using a recovery media or an installation media, or followed the onscreen prompt for startup repair? Also, have you restarted the computer after one instance of startup repair is complete?

Find another PC to make an Ubuntu live USB derive, and put it into the pc that you are trying to boot. Boot into the stick and go to the file explorer on Ubuntu. Find the drive that is not booting, and get any of the files that you want that were installed on the /users/"yourusername"/ directory. Once you have moved all of the files that you want to an external drive or USB drive. Wipe the drive that had windows 7 on it in the "Disk Manager" in Ubuntu. Find the Windows installation that you want to have on your PC, and install it to the OS Drive. Once it installs, you can move all of the files back into the directories that you got them out of.

I already have a linux USB and I already backed up my important files but..

How can I "wipe the drive that I have on my pc, and install it to the OS Drive?"
How can I find the Windows installation?

Can you please explain it to me.. I am very sorry.

Windows crashed. Now can't boot, even in repair mode or safe mode.
Let me open by saying I'm too old to understand most of the jargon and directions found in a technical forum like this. I've been trying to fix this myself for about two weeks, and have made so many changes, I've probably made a complete hash of it. The latest thing I did was to attempt a...
