DVD drive installed but not recognized

Device Manager shows my CD/DVD drive but it's not recognized by a Burner Software or in My Computer. How do I get it recognized please?

It didn't show in disk management. So I uninstalled it, then scanned for changes. Then, it was recognized. Thank you for the help.
