Come on Jesse, you checked that fast ?

Those updates did come come via windows update, don`t you remember all the posts you made up about your pc being updated to windows 10 ?

And everyone complaining about these updates that screw up system file check ?

Once again, only 1 or 2 of those updates deal with Windows 10, wait til someone tells you which updates they are.

But, just by looking at the first 3, I didn't see any of those installed.

I often find it easier to check if an update is installed in the Installed Updates window (not Update History).

Windows Update - Uninstall an Update

You can enter the KB # in the search field in the upper right corner.

KB2876229 is Skype, won't matter for the W10 offer.

Is your Task Scheduler working for other tasks ?
You can easily check the Summary to see if other tasks do run.

OK, your Task Scheduler is working, just those 2 GWX tasks won't run.
You can try running them again manually to see if they run now.

If they don't run, uninstall KB 3035583 and re-install it.

Okay. Now, would this have anything to do with startup under the msconfig tab? My computer is on selective startup.

Why has Windows Live Messanger icon got the "administrator" shield?
In the Start menu, the icon for Windows Live Messenger has the "Admistrator" blue/yellow shield overlay. This is a shortcut, and I can find no reason why the overlay should be there. The underlying program is C:\Program Files (x86)\windows Live\Messenger\msnmsgr.exe and that also has the shield...
