    No access

When I go into certain files or folders, I get a no access message and have to go into properties and change the security settings. Why, as an administrator, am I limited in my access and is there any way to change this?

Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums

I assume you upgraded from a previous version of Windows with that drive. If so then the permissions are still set to the previous OS. You need to reset them.
