I don`t understand why it`s not starting the Recovery process, you`re positive you`re hitting the right key ?

It shows you at the bottom of the screen when you 1st start the PC, press such and such a key to start the Recovery process.

I would get on the phone Monday to customer support, if no one can help you from here over the weekend.

Some feedback would help.

Did you try to:
- load defaults in BIOS?
- disable BIOS logo?

or can't enter BIOS at all?

First, try unplug PC from power mains, wait a minute and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work, try a CMOS reset.
It involves removing the CMOS battery (on motherboard) and setting a jumper.

You can also try to removing the harddisk/DVD power cables and see if it goes in to BIOS.

You were just given real concrete steps to try yet you don't report back results but just ask for anyone else to help? This is not how we work here. You need to try everything suggested and reply in detail what happened for each and every step.

Did you make the Recovery Disks when you set up your PC?

Why are you running Recovery? What exactly is the problem you're having. Can you boot into Safe Mode now?

Do you have access to a Win7 DVD for any version as you can unlock your licensed version to do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7 which is a vastly superior install to the factory bloatware install.
