Make My Documents button take me to a different place

I've re-installed W7 and partitioned my hard drive so that all my data is on a different logical drive to the OS. I want the icon My Documents that appears when I try to open a document to take me to the My Documents on my D drive rather than the default My Documents provided by Windows on the C drive. How can I do this?

Does it make sense for a separate documents partition?
I am setting up my new computer this weekend with Windows 7. In my old machine I had a small drive for the OS and Programs and placed all my files on a separate drive. I could then very quickly make backup images of the OS drive using Acronis. For my new install I have a 1 Tb drive and I am...

Can someone make this into a start button?
I've looked and haven't found it. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Enough people use the icons so I thought a start button would be out there. It is the home icon from the Token icon set. I have attached it. Thanks :)

Can I Make The Shutdown Button ASK to shut down?
If I press the shutdown button, windows 7 shuts down. Great, fine... only not really. If I accidently press the button, it shuts down. Can I make it ASK if I really want to shut down? That was something I liked about XP. You got to confirm that you meant to press that button if you...
