All exe files open as cdisplay, do not understand guide

Soooo I am supposed to follow this guide:

Default File Type Associations - Restore

Step 3 says to click on the downloaded reg file but the zip file has a lot of reg files! Which specific reg file does it want me to click? And where is the merge option?

Use the exe one if that's what you are having issues with - http://www.sevenforums.com/attachmen...efault_exe.reg

just download and run it.
