Need Help Finding The Source Of A System Hotkey

I would like to create a Hotkey for Control+Alt+F12 in a program I am using. But, whenever I press this combination it opens the Windows Lockscreen. It doesn't matter if I am in another program or not, the Lockscreen comes up every time.

I have no idea why, when, or how the Lockscreen became associated. Is there anyway to find the source of this key combination?

Try these steps to see if you can find the app that is using that hotkey combo:
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

If those steps do not help, then Process Monitor might help us find an operating system shortcut that is using the hotkey combo of interest.

It has been a while since I've troubleshot a problem like this. I've read that article before but that process of troubleshooting had slipped my mind completely. I was able to use that method to track down the problematic program. Thank you very much!
