Windows 7 - black screen, nothing helps

Hi I have Windows 7 on my Acer laptop. I did something with Windows Defender or Updater (Enable/Diseable) then when I boot windows only black screen with cursor and I can not do anything(ctrl+alt+del,5x-shift) nothing. I tried searching on Internet then I tried all things which I have found. Safe mode, repair mode but still only black screen. If I can at least run TASK manager but i cant. I have dual boot Windows7/Ubuntu. Ubuntu runs good so I think there are no hardware problem. Any ideas what can i do?

    Did you try:
    - Last Known Good Configuration in F8 menu yet?
    - Try a System Restore to a date prior to the issue from a Windows 7 32bit Repair Disk. Also sfc /scannow - SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

    See System Recovery Options
You can create a bootable USB with installation ISO or repair disk.

That doesn't specify much, can you be more detailed please?

Are you sure you booted with the USB? Did you see the System Recovery Options screen?

    - When did black screen appear?

Did you try running sfc /scannow? or a system restore?
