Problem with logging on and etc.

So , recently , my sweet dear uncle paid me a visit , he went in the bios and wandered around a little bit while I was sitting a bit farther, in my bed( I didnt quite exactly see what he did) and now , whenever I try to log , I cannot enter with my password ( he claimed he didnt change the password) and to make it just better , I cant enter the bios menu either ( I do have a boot password , that works just fine , but going in the bios by pressing f2 or delete wont work) , so now I cant activate the extra admin account and all that stuff to take care of my computer , anyone got any idea what I can do?
I really need to acces my computer , have a stupid project to make , 1 month deadline , so please , offer help.

Possible keyboard is not being recognized at boot time.
First, perform a CMOS reset (check motherboard manual).

For login password, try option 5 - User Account - Reset Password in Windows 7
