What Is This On Bottom Bar ?

    Hello,

Not sure what the bar with all the icons on the very bottom of the page is called, but I now seem
to have a new "something" there that is eating up a lot of space.

It seems to be another place for actually typing in URL's.
    A horizontal white bar.
Two curved arrows on the right, and vertical dotted "lines" on the left separating it
from the other normal icons/shortcuts I have there.

also, a drop-down comes up if I click on a downward button on it that shows google.com

    What is it ?

And, how do I get rid of it ?

    Thanks,
    Bob

A screenshot would be perfect - Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Also right click on that toolbar and see if you can get anything. Check hidden notification area icons too.

Right click on an empty area of the Taskbar (the bar along the bottom) and hover over Toolbars, then uncheck Address.
