It happen at random interval sometime days without happening and it can be a video streming on firefox, browsing on firefox and 1 time happed while playing. I scaned with avg (free version) and spybot for viruses and use ccleaner. As there is no dump I don't know what is the problem and if you can help it would be nice. thank you

Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware free (start the free premium trial) and go into settings - detection and protection and enable rootkit scanning. Change non-malware protection to treat as malware.

Afterwards try a clean startup Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

hi thank you for your answers I did a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-malware free, seams like i am infectedd by pup.optional.duuqu.a. I joint the journal from it. I delete my quarantine and gonna do a scan again. 1 think though I can't update Malwarebytes, It shows the data base (v2015.04.05.02) is outdated but when i try to update it it shows no update available.

    Yeah, v2015.06.21.01 is latest.

Try scan with https://www.malwarebytes.org/chameleon/ in case an infection is interfering.
Go into Settings - Detection and Protection - tick "Scan for rootkits", if chameleon doesn't have that option do it in MBAM and scan once again.

Also perform a clean startup (Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup).

Check the msconfig settings again, see if anything crawled back into it.
