Windows OEM_SLP and OEM_COA_SLP/COA_SLP Keys such as this are NOT transferable to a new computer under any circumstances, within the licensing rules - this installation must be regarded as counterfeit, whatever the results of validation/activation or MGADiag report.

There is one exception, actually two from reading the 10 forums.

If the OP or previous user or repair shop replaced a defective motherboard that is allowed to be replaced as long as it is the same machine. The key is the motherboard has to be defective.

The other, Windows 8 Oem not 8.1 does allow transfer for personal use to another computer.

There are NO exceptions to what I stated - EVER.
I did NOT mention replacing motherboards - but only transfer to a new computer.
There is no such thing as an OEM_SLP Key n a Windows 8.x computer.
