Admin account error "User Login Service Failed"

So today, the error came up when logging into the admin account. I only have access to Guest account at the moment. Booting up Safe Mode doesn't really help either. So anyone have a solution to this complicated problem..?

Again, I only have access to Guest account.

So I can't really do anything in regedit unless given admin rights, and the only account that holds admin rights is.... Broken?

Hello Raimei,

The tutorial below may able to help with this. You'll most likely need to use step 3 in the "In Preparation" section at the top.

User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
