I told you how to find Win7 installation media to do the repairs, how to confirm it, burn it to disk or flash stick. Then you can use it to boot for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start or skip to doing a Clean Reinstall Windows 7. It is likely your repair media is bad.

As a test download free Partition Wizard CD version, burn to CD with Windows Image Burner, boot it to take a picture of the full drive map with all listings and scrolling if necessary. Use the paper clip in reply box to attach picture.

Well my uncle placed one a few years ago.

I have good news and bad news. Good news is I found my repair disk, bad news I boot from the cd and after it loads (windows is loadin files) I only get the bluescreen, the one that looks like the picture in this thread. What now?

Are there other apps I canuse to burn it? Because I'm using a laptop for now that has ubuntu on it as I'm not familiar with the softwares installed on it. Or can I place the partition wizard in a usb?

Find a WIndows PC to burn PW CD ISO file to CD with Windows Image Burner, unless you can find a comparable image burner for Ubuntu.

Why don't you clone the whole drive? There are several tools available to do so for free.
Free backup software for home users in Windows 10/8.1/8/7/vista - EaseUS Todo Backup
They can run from boot and run in memory only, so if your hardware is ok, no blue screens yet.
It's also legal on the same PC.
You could also clone your whole drive on another PC to a new disc.
Don't boot with it on that PC !

Install the new drive on your failing PC, with if necessary a new version of windows and copy the old important files back into it's proper place.
After that you have to reinstall all programs, because your register has yet no strings to the old ones.
It's worth to try, because a failing drive may not boot.
Sometimes it's only a minor read-error that prevents booting.
Try scandisc and repair.

Did you change something like adding a new drive, or the bootup sequence may have changed.
(Like 2 active partitions or a forgotten DVD)
unmountable_boot_volume means that the bootmanager stucks.
A password on Bios could sometimes indeed prevent access to the protected bootvolume.
