    it doesnt just happen in browsers it happens to everything EXEPT youtube vids.
    that you tube vid was just a slide show of pictures i took of the discoloration of my pc.

    Even in Safe Mode?

    Try:
    - another cable
    - another port on GPU (if possible)
    - another monitor (TV works too)

    Also try your monitor with another PC.

    i tried safe mode and a clean start up but it didn't go away

I've downloaded several themes onto my laptop, running windows 7 x64, but some work and some don't. I've gotten killiki and elegant glass to work, as well as a couple others, but i can't get counter elements and a few others to work. Anyone know what the problem could be?
