Difference between Win 7 professional and Win 7 Ultimate both 64 Bit

Can somebody list out the differences between the above two OS and which is better and reasons thereof.

Ultimate offers more features. The only downside being that it costs more. There will be no difference in performance. You have to make your own decision.
