can not delete folder - im owner

i can not delete this folder it keeps throwing up this error: you required permissions from computername\username to change this folder. well i am the person who is logged in and trying to delete the folder. I also created it as well. i have taken ownership of the folder, i have tried to delete it in safemode. this folder has some adobe program folders that were basically stored in this folder for application storage that is all nothing was installed to this folder it was only made to store the adobe master collection to make installing it more easier. i uninstalled the adobe master collection entirely that didnt work i thought the app was tied to this folder somehow nope, i killed all adobe processes from task manager nope cant delete it. ive can not delete this folder for the life of me. the folder is on another drive seperate from the C drive win7 but on the same box. ive tried taking ownership of the entire drive still cant delete it UGH

    Hello,

You might see if you may be able to delete the folder using the free FileASSASSIN or Unlocker. :)
