Using Browse in Any Program Causes Invisible Windows Explorer window

I have been getting this same error for several weeks and I really do not know what could be causing it. All I know is that every time I use the browse command or open file command in any program, the resulting window looks like this: http://embed.gyazo.com/4870a31016460...ac434b8e4c.png

Try a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Then if no go, get CCleaner - Tools - Startup - Context Menu - save to text file (to know which are enabled or not) - then disable them one by one. See if this helps.

Gokay, that actually worked, now I just have to narrow down the program causing the problem.
EDIT: It seems that unchecky was causing the problem. I don't understand why, but you helped me fix the problem so thank you.

    Good job.

Try re-installing, and see if it happens again? :)
