Three unrecognized files in the Windows folder

I was just looking in my Windows folder and came across three files I don't recognize. Does anyone know what these files are? Thanks.

Upload them to VirusTotal and see if anything comes up? https://www.virustotal.com/

Thanks for the suggestion, GokAy. All three files shows as probably harmless. But do you know what they are? Thanks!

Not really, scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free (enable rootkit scanning too - settings - detections) just to make sure

Malwarebytes gives the all-clear for all three files.
