    For BSOD:
Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
Make sure the zip file includes the dmp file/s. If not, configure a small memory dump - Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD and wait/trigger another BSOD. then re-run the "Dm log collector" and attach the new report.

    For Windows Update issue:

Evet, selam. Forum kurali geregi Ingilizce gerekiyor gerci. Windows 8 yerine neden Windows 7'yi yeniden kurmayi dusunmedin? Daha kolay olmaz mi? Burada cok guzel tutorial'lar var. Biz de yardimci oluruz. Windows Update sorunu da buyuk ihtimal cozulur.

Why don't you consider clean re-installing Windows 7 instead of buying Windows 8? Wouldn't it be easier? We have nice tutorials here that could help and we will help too. Windows Update will most likely be solved as well.
