Win 8 library "Pictures" disappeared

Win 8.1 library "Pictures" disappeared i.e. got renamed into "Temporary Burn Folder" in "This PC".

In "Libraries" I can still see it as "Pictures".

How can I restore the folder "Pictures" in "This PC"?

I am grateful for any suggestions and help.

I've solved the problem by going to Explorer, right click on "Libraries" and click "Restore Default Libraries".
I had to do that twice, though (rebooted twice).

Property "Title" in Pictures folder/library: more than one tag read?
On various pictures, I've seen it read the XMP "Title" tag, the EXIF "Description" or "User Comment" tag, the IPTC "Caption" tag, even Keywords or Sub-categories. So my question is, what's the limit to it all? I would think that "Title" would only display a metadata tag with a similar name, like...

"Pictures-library.ms" is no longer working
Nevermind. Edit: answer already here. Difference: corruption of my library was caused by clicking Apply then OK too quickly on the "Picture Properties" window (Start > Right click "Pictures" > Properties), causing the library to be updated twice simultaneously. EDIT: Actually the fix I...
