Its most likely an ISP problem. A fresh install of Win 10, on two different PC's using Edge, and I get the same thing (and the same thing on my Win 7 PC with both Internet Explorer and Firefox).

Same problem happening, no access to the tenforums, but ONLY from Windows 10. Win 7, on the same hardware (dual boot) accesses tenforums. I never had problems until the recent server change.

Here is a sceenshot of the Windows troubleshooter error. (DNS).

Using Edge or IE11? What do you get when you "ping www.tenforums.com"?

He shouldn't get anything if it's working as the firewall is set to refuse ping.

Ok tracert -d www.tenforums.com should let you get an idea

Also perhaps in cmd:
Code:
nslookup
tenforums.com
and see what returns

Both the modem and the wireless router have been reset. BUT, considering the same modem and router work on Windows 7.

The screenshot I posted was from the Windows Network Diagnostics troubleshooter.

In Win10, I tried it with Edge and with Firefox and get the exact same thing. Restarting Win 10 or even a Power Off reboot does not change anything.
