Try SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums option 3 please, see if there are any corruption even though it is a new install.

Also a clean startup perhaps - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup (I am thinking it would be the same as Windows 7)

By the way, does the problem Win10 even resolve DNS queries? That nslookup will help understand.

No, I'm not going to do that and lose my Recording Studio. tenforums is the ONLY site, that I've tried to visit that is a problem. I can access tenforums from the Win 7 installation or another PC.

New symptom. I clicked on your link to the tutorial in the tenforums and went there without problems.

In tenforums, I can click on New Posts and get the list, but if I click on "Forum" I have the error.

A workaround, I can access the tenforums via the link to New Posts. Just can't click on "Forums"

I fail to understand how any of my recommendations make you lose the software?! All of them are diagnostic steps either not having any impact (nslookup, sfc scannow) or can be undone (clean startup). It is not clean install in case you are confused.

If there is anything you know for a fact let me know please.

Edit: regarding the link, so it is only the root of forums?

See my update to my last post.

I don't see chasing my tail with the SFC /Scannow is going to get anything. If there were multiple issues, multiple sites I would consider even doing a clean reinstall (I have a disk image of before the Win 10 update). But its only one URL.

Yes that works. I can use that link.

I'll see what happens tomorrow, if that link still works I'll mark this solved, again.

I wonder if there is a hidden/transparent file loading when we open the www.tenforums.com which you can't load somehow.

I'm just wondering, are you trying to access the site via an old https link? the old server would of redirected to http but it's been that long I didn't see the need with this one.
