    My AMD Catalyst Software had a software update and I did that. I don't know if it updated the graphics driver or what it updated.

    Have looked on the Acer Website and noticed there are no Drivers for the Chipset ..

    This means the Driver is rolled in to the GPU ...

    When you get home go to the Graphics Adapter .. And Post which Version is Installed ...

    Okay. What does it mean when the driver is rolled into the GPU? Does that mean that mine doesn't have a Chipset?

    Yes it has a Chipset it is AMD A50M Chipset family .... You will not find a Driver for that on the AMD Website ...

Laptop Not Sleeping

I changed the setting to not sleep when I close the lid while plugged in, however whenever I do press the sleep button on the start menu and close the lid, the laptop boots up again. Would this be a windows error that needs re installation, or is it a hardware issue? Thanks in advance

Hi, i don't speak english so i'll try to explain the best i can The issue that i have is that when my computer goes into SLEEP MODE for example when i close the lid it wont return to windows, the Display wont come back on. the only thing i can do it turn it off by force i have windows 7...
