Okay. I think the issue was with Norton the other day. Ever since the upgrade to 10, Norton has been causing a lot of issues for many people. I couldn't get it to install right, then I couldn't get it to activate, then just the other day I couldn't get it to update right. Each time it's acted up, I've had to get help from Norton support. Today, it wouldn't open so I may have to contact Norton support again if the issue happens again tomorrow. But, it's sleeping now and that's the main thing. I use Norton because that's what my ISP provides.

It's sleeping, but I wish I wouldn't have to disable anything in the device manager to get it to sleep.
