    How do I Make Custom Windows 7 ISO


    It is possible to make custom windows 7 Ultimate ISO? I would like to make ISO with Pre installed software
    Eg: SAP GUI 7.30, Adobe Reader, Mozilla Firefox.

    No, there is no way to incorporate other software into a Windows ISO.

    Take a look at this tutorial by Kari:
    Windows 7 Image - Customize in Audit Mode with Sysprep

    To me it looks like you can create a custom install with software.
    See Part 5. Installing “all users” software

    I've never done this, but you can ask questions in the tutorial thread if you need to.
