'Open' and 'Save as' went blank

Hi there

I have a rather bizarre problem - the window for open and save as has gone blank recently, the sidebar and the folder band is gone. I have no clue how to fix it, only system files I've modified are ExplorerFrame.dll and imgres.dll, restoring the original files doesn't help. Am I facing a system reinstall or is there a less tedious way for fixing this? Here's a picture to show what I mean...

sfc /scannow

^ Running that command fixed the problem, thank you very much! The report said it fixed some file called cbs.log, after rebooting my modded system files reverted to the default ones, and everything is working normally again.
