Try installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables versions (both x86 and x64):
    - 2005
    - 2008
    - 2010
    - 2012
    - 2013

Search in Microsoft site for these, total 10 installs.
    You're missing 2015, for a grand total of 12!
Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center

But back on topic, I really have no idea of what the OP is seeing or what exact problem is he experiencing. Just throwing random "solutions" for a problem we don't know is futile.
So, my question is, what's the exact problem/message/symptom? When do you see it? In what program?

FINALLY HAPPENED! CRASHED BIG TIME! CAUGHT ME BY SURPRISE. luckily windows7 saved most of the files as a windows000 on my external drive. Now I am in the process of cleaning up this mess. anyway, guys/gals thank you so very much for your support and sharing your knowledge with this hard headed newby! I hope someday I will learn enough to share what I know with others as well. In the meantime, have yourselves a nice day y'all.
