How can I get rid of "Da Microsoft Background Task Host"?

I've seen this on the Task Manager and by the looks of it, it does not seem to be a genuine host/service/program whatsoever.

The source file seems to be backgroundTaskHost.exe but I'm not sure if this "Da Microsoft" is malware, though I'm worried.

Edit: I keep on terminating it but it keeps coming back. :-/

You might want to use Process Explorer and VirusTotal to check out the process:

Thanks. I'll give that a try.

KIS 2015 came out clean after a Full Scan but still concerned about it.
