How can I remove a language pack from Add Input Language part?

Hi friend
I want to remove Persian language from " Add Input Language part". Bu I don't know how do it.
please help and guide me.

I have captured from it. My mean I want remove this part. Look at the picture

My version windows is Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Why do you want to remove it ?

As long as it`s not installed, it`s not on the PC.
