How do I put my Libraries where my data is?

I keep my software on C: and image it periodically, but keep pix on F: and all other data on E:

I would like to set my libraries so that all images sent to the Pictures library go to F:\, files sent to the Music library go to E:\Music, and so on. I can access these folders as subitems of the libraries, but I would like to avoid that extra step.
