It's about $125 to $150 here in Canada. At least in my neck of the woods, but that apparently includes a full back up. You have to supply the backup media, though. An installation of Office or Norton is around $80 last time I noticed.

It's unfortunate that people who are unfamiliar with computers (or afraid of them) have to pay such high prices just to get some basic services. It borders on the unscrupulous.
