Which one(windows)

Hello guys, I am currently running windows 10 64 bit version and it's terrible, back when I had win 7 I could run games on medium settings with 100+fps now I can't even run them on lowest with 30 fps.So I decided to go back to Win 7,I don't know which version should I choose, the 32 bit one or 64 bit one (I used to have 64bit). My specs are:
Pentium dual-core E5300 2.60 GHz
Nvidia GTX 610
4 GB Ram

Using 64 bit Windows will let you use all 4 GB of your RAM, so you should use the 64 bit version IMHO. It's a good advantage over 32 bit, especially if you add more RAM in the future.

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I would imagine 64 bit would be the best
If you had it before your hardware is compatible
